Shipments
Orders placed and paid for will be shipped within 24 hours on working days, provided the product is in stock.
It depends on the carrier when you actually receive your order.
Orders within Europe are also processed immediately. Depending on the carrier, delivery time is between 2 and 7 business days. Orders outside Europe are usually delivered within 5 to 14 business days. International shipments are shipped via DHL or FedEx.
Shipping costs for packages within the Netherlands are €4.50. For orders over €75, there are no shipping costs within the Netherlands.
If you haven't received anything within 4 business days, please email customerservice@riverstones.nl and we'll check your package's location via track & trace.
Ring size
Determining your ring size can sometimes be tricky. To help you with that, you can order this ring size gauge . You can also visit a local jeweler to have your ring size measured.

Custom-made rings cannot be exchanged or returned.
Ordering and payment
Ordering at RIVERSTONES is easy. Browse and choose what you like. Find products using the easy-to-use search function in the top right corner. You can add products to your wishlist or order them directly by clicking the "order" button.
Payment options include iDeal (secure online payment in your own trusted banking environment), credit card (MasterCard or Visa), Klarna, PayPal, or a gift card. Learn more about the various payment methods and any additional costs here .
Returns
If something happened to your package during shipping and the product is broken or damaged, please send us an email, preferably with a photo of the damage, and we'll resolve it immediately. Email us at klantenservice@riverstones.nl
We do our very best, but mistakes are human, so if you received the wrong item, please send an email to customerservice@riverstones.nl and we will help you further.
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days. Please complete the returns form and let us know you'd like to return your purchase. To ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible, please provide us with the following information:
- that you want to return an item
- product description
- order number
- the reason for returning the item

After receiving and inspecting the products, your money will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Please note: personalized, custom-made jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. We therefore remind you that you waive your right of withdrawal, as the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
