Up to and including the delivery RIVERSTONES bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.

RIVERSTONES charges the following shipping costs:

• Netherlands
  free shipping on orders above € 75,00
  € 4,50 for orders upto € 75,00 - shipped within 24 hours (standard letterbox post by bicycle courier where possible, all other postal codes are delivered by PostNL)
• Europe
  From € 9.50 to a maximum of € 41,00 depending on which country.
• Rest of the world
  € 30,00 to € 40,00 depending on which country. 

After your order, we will send the package as soon as possible! On weekdays all orders will be sent within 24 hours.
If you accidentally enter your details incorrectly, the extra costs will be for your own account.

RETURN

Return of your item(s) is possible within 14 days of purchase. Fill in the return form.

Return the package to us. The costs for returning are at your own expense. The purchase amount will be transferred to your account within 14 days after the return form has been processed. 

It is only possible to return an item if it is unworn/undamaged and in its original packaging. RIVERSTONES has the right to refuse a product if it is returned in damaged/worn condition or if it is not in the original packaging.
