You can only return an item if it is unworn/undamaged and in its original packaging. RIVERSTONES reserves the right to refuse a product if it is returned damaged/worn or not in its original packaging.
Please note: personalized, custom-made jewelry cannot be returned. Therefore, we remind you that you waive your right of withdrawal, as the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
Jewelry care guide
Our jewelry is handmade and therefore deserves extra care.
- Don't wear your jewelry while exercising. Gold and silver are soft metals and prone to scratches.
- Avoid contact with water: Do not wear jewelry while showering, swimming, or in a spa. Chloride and moisture can cause damage.
- Do not use aggressive cleaning agents when wearing your jewelry.
- Only put on your jewelry after applying makeup, perfume, hair products, or lotions.
- Store your jewelry in a dry place, preferably separately to prevent scratches and knots.
- Clean your jewelry with a soft, dry cloth. Never use liquids on gold-plated jewelry.
Tip: Remove your jewelry before sleeping to extend its life.
