We are very happy that you chose a piece of jewelry at Riverstones and want to make payment as easy as possible. That is why we offer a wide selection of payment methods.

Below we go through the various options, so that you can choose the most desirable for you. We charge costs for a couple of payment methods, because they take a lot of time to maintain. This is stated next to the relevant payment method.

 

iDEAL (free)

Payment with iDEAL is easy and it is a very safe and trusted way to pay for your order online. You pay in the trusted internet payment environment of your bank based on specific security methods. When you use internet banking, an iDEAL payment is always possible.

 

Paypal (free)

You can also pay via Paypal at Riverstones. Please check your address in PayPal and the entered address on the order.

 

Klarna - pay later (2% surcharge)

You can pay later via Klarna. To approve your request to pay, Klarna performs a data check. Klarna has a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment is not authorized, you can of course also pay with another payment method.

 

Mastercard/Visa (2% surcharge)

It is possible to pay via MasterCard/Visa. Note: your order will only be shipped when we have received the payment. Always try to confirm your payment digitally via your creditcard company, this speeds up the process.

 

Bancontact/Mister Cash (free)

This payment method is especially useful for Belgian customers.

 

Sofort banking (free)

Sofort banking is a widely used payment method in Europe, with which you can, for example, make payments from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Belgium and Poland. Most consumer banks from these countries are supported.

 

Gift voucher (free)

Riverstones Gift Card

The Riverstones gift card is the perfect gift  when you find it difficult to choose a piece of jewelry for your loved one. You will receive a unique code that can be used in the webshop as a discount code.

 

VVV gift card

You can also pay with a VVV gift card. The payment does not necessarily have to cover the entire balance. Is the balance of your gift card insufficient? Then you will have the opportunity to choose a different payment method for the remaining amount.
