How much rest do you "deserve"?

Minimalist Jewelry as a subtle reminder.

More and more people are experiencing stress or even burnout. We're always busy these days, and our days are completely filled. How often do you hear yourself or others say that you're running out of steam? Rest and relaxation often come last.

We work through endless to-do lists every week, and only when everything is checked off do we "earn" that moment of inner peace. But of course, it shouldn't be that way. Rest has an incredibly positive effect on both body and mind. That's why we've developed the minimalist jewelry series "Unwind," among other things, to remind you of this.

How you find that peace and relaxation is different for everyone. Some people enjoy being active and play sports or go for a walk in the woods. Others find relaxation more in taking a bath, listening to a podcast, or taking a Tai Chi class. And yes, there are also people who unwind by vacuuming their house while loudly singing along to their favorite music. It's just a matter of finding what works for you.

A reminder, such as a subtle piece of gold or silver jewelry, can help you seek out these moments of peace.

The most important thing is: taking rest isn't something you have to earn, nor is it something to be ashamed of. Even on days when you don't make it to the end of your to-do list. You always have the right to relaxation, rest, chill-out, or whatever you want to call it, so make it part of your day and enjoy it whenever it suits you.

Take care of yourself!
