Would it work again? The night before the photoshoot, I tossed and turned. It's always nerve-wracking to find a photographer through Instagram and plan a shoot when you don't know each other. It had been a huge success in Paris, so why not again? Still, I couldn't sleep a wink. Well before 8:00 a.m., I was ready in central London to meet@ana.london_photographer . To my relief, I immediately felt at ease with her.

New City collection

Even though it was early October and drizzling, I thankfully didn't really need my umbrella. It had just dried up when we started the photoshoot, but the Umbrella necklace is one of the new City items. A stylish souvenir with a twist. In fact, all the necklaces in this new collection, besides being a beautiful reminder of your time in London, also have an added meaning.

With the Umbrella necklace, we invite you to dance in the rain every now and then! In other words, step out of your comfort zone and do something crazy.

I love London

Have you noticed? The "O" in the pendant of the Love necklace is shaped like a heart. Besides representing your love for London, the design is also meant to inspire you to make more time for what you love most.

I would recommend starting a visit to London with a ride on the London Eye . From there, you'll have a wonderful view and can already decide which sights are worth seeing.

After the photoshoot, I luckily still had some time to explore the city. First stop: Liberty on Regent Street. The building itself is amazing, but then there's everything for sale inside and the way they display the products. Very inspiring! Afterward, I treated myself to sushi at this fantastic restaurant: Sexy Fish, because milestones need to be celebrated, and a shoot for a new collection in a fantastic city like London is definitely one of them.

The next day, very tired but satisfied, I boarded the train back home with a suitcase full of memories. And that's exactly what our City collection is for: to cherish memories of a city and occasionally think back fondly on your time there.
